Adapted physical activity and sports – Youths for Youths
The project aims to train young unemployed people how to work as adapted physical activity and sports (APAS) instructors who help young people with disabilities in their social integration. The project activities are directed at enhancing active inclusion, promoting equal opportunities and active participation and improving the employment readiness of young people.

Methodology
The initiative provides a training methodology and training material that can be used in swimming, functional training and cardio fitness of people with disabilities and children with postural disorders of the spinal column and flat feet. The materials are intended for professors of physical education and sports, instructors and trainers who apply physical exercises with people with disabilities and anyone who wants to gain additional knowledge in these areas.

Impact on target groups / Transferability potential
The initiative contributes to active inclusion, promoting equal opportunities and active participation, improving employability. With the establishment of the APASY network – youths supporting youths, young unemployed people are trained how to work as APAS instructors supporting young people with disabilities in their social integration.
