The project support the creation and management of job experience in prisons; particularly the implementation of call center activities developed by big companies. The initiative requires the training of trainers who care and manage the implementation and delivery of contact center services.

Brief description of the outcomes

Training courses based on partecipative online workshops involving the trainers and managers of social cooperative. Jailed people are delivering outsourcing services working as call center operatos fior large private and public companies. Public workshops from prison with testimonial in order to discuss trends and social and economical issues.
